Income Management Coordinator

Bromford is seeking an experienced Housing Income Officer to join our Income Management team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for income collection, management, and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely payments for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- To collect, manage, and analyze income data for accurate payment processing.
- To provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- To collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as social work, finance, or administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life assurance, and 25 days' annual leave.
