Teaching Opportunity in Hackney

RIBBONS AND REEVES seeks a highly qualified graduate to join our team as an Academic Mentor in Hackney.

The role involves guiding secondary school students toward academic success and personal growth. Our partner schools recognize the importance of exceptional Academic Mentors who can make a lasting impact on the students' academic journey.

Responsibilities:
  1. Hold a 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK University
  2. Demonstrate impressive GCSEs and A-Levels (A-A)
  3. Suitable disciplines include Maths, Science, English, Economics, and Modern Foreign Languages
  4. Contract duration: one year, term time only, £475 to £550 per week (inclusive of holiday entitlement)
  5. Opportunity for Teacher Training
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with at least a 2:1 classification from a reputable UK university
  • Exceptional academic background, including high grades in GCSEs and A-Levels
  • Strong subject knowledge in areas such as Maths, Science, English, Economics, or Modern Foreign Languages
  • A competitive salary package, ranging from £24,350 to £28,500 per annum (pro rata), depending on qualifications and experience
