We are seeking a qualified Diversity and Inclusion Trainer to join our team at Catch22. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in empowering inclusive communities through education.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's lives, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of our work.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, 37 hours per week position that offers an hourly salary of £25.
As a Diversity and Inclusion Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs that promote cultural competence, empathy, and understanding.
Your expertise will help us create a more inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and supported.
Requirements- You must hold a recognized teaching/training qualification, such as City and Guilds (7407/7304), PTLLS/DTLLS/L4 Award in Education, or Certificate in Further Education.
- GCSE English language, at Grade B or above (or equivalent L2 qualification), or a L2 in Literacy Assessment, is also required.
- AESOL or EAL subject specialist teaching qualification, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
