This hybrid role involves working 2 days a week from the office and 3 days from home, offering a great work-life balance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and ensure a positive work environment and culture where employees feel valued and motivated.
- Identifying and nurturing talent within the organisation, facilitating development conversations, and creating career growth pathways to retain top talent.
- Leading and supporting organisational design and change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to employees.
- Guiding managers in effectively managing employee performance, setting clear expectations, and providing regular feedback to enhance productivity and development.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with employees and managers, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support overall business objectives and drive organisational success.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a generalist HR role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as project management skills and the ability to develop credibility with stakeholders and groups.
A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field is essential, along with HR certification (CIPD L5/7). The salary for this role is approximately £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as free RAC Breakdown cover, hybrid working, group life assurance, and health and wellbeing benefits.
