About The Role:

The focus will be to recruit players across the whole of the Academy for Comunidadlift. As Academy Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for the co-ordination and recruitment of Academy Scouts (with the Academy Manager and Academy Secretary) and also formulating, organising, and monitoring scout activity plans and reports.

This is a unique opportunity to join our team at Comunidadlift as we look for an individual who is highly motivated, hardworking, and passionate about working within football. We estimate that this role will have a salary range of approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
