About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Club Manager to join our team at Junior Adventures Group. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing childcare services and be passionate about providing engaging care for children.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with parents, schools, and Central Operations to ensure smooth operations.
  • Plan, supervise, and deliver activities that promote learning and fun for children.
  • Implement safety protocols and policies to ensure child well-being.
Requirements:
  • Management experience in childcare services.
  • Paediatric First Aid Qualification (or willingness to complete).
  • Enhanced DBS check.
Contract Details

Contracts available: Term Time only or Fixed 52 week Permanent contract.

Hours: 25 hours per week during term time (with potential to increase to 40 hours during holiday clubs).

Salary: £8.50 per hour (plus holiday pay if applicable). Total estimated annual salary: £12,456 (based on 25 hours/week) - £19,104 (based on 40 hours/week).
