We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Debt Recovery Specialist. Key responsibilities include:
- Gaining additional customer data, such as meter reads and vulnerabilities
- Conducting PDV visits according to client requirements
- Negotiating payment arrangements with clients
- Executing documentation to secure payment to clients
- Executing warrants to secure payment or access for resolution
