About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pensions Support Specialist to join our team at People's Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support and guidance in relation to our product and surrounding legislation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams.
  2. Act as a point of contact for customer services teams to create solutions to customer issues and enhance the process and journey.
  3. Communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  4. Identify training needs across customer services and operational areas and provide training and coaching to staff where required.

Requirements

  1. Previous experience in a technical position or experience in a financial services environment.
  2. Ability to understand, interpret and apply information from a wide range of sources.
  3. Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  4. Pensions knowledge.
