About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Pensions Support Specialist to join our team at People's Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support and guidance in relation to our product and surrounding legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams.
- Act as a point of contact for customer services teams to create solutions to customer issues and enhance the process and journey.
- Communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Identify training needs across customer services and operational areas and provide training and coaching to staff where required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a technical position or experience in a financial services environment.
- Ability to understand, interpret and apply information from a wide range of sources.
- Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Pensions knowledge.
