HR Advisor Role

AskVerity is seeking an exceptional HR Advisor to join their team based near Warwick. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and advising clients on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head of HR in managing client relationships and workload.
  • Provide first-line support for HR queries from clients, managing a workload of up to 90 clients.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to review and update policies in line with current legislation and best practices.
  • Offer advisory services to clients on HR processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislation and client policies.
  • Ensure HR matters are handled fairly and consistently, in line with legal and client requirements.
  • Support recruitment campaigns and communicate important dates to clients, such as probationary reviews and appraisals.
  • Maintain client databases and provide HR workshops and training to clients.
Personal Qualities and Skills:
  • Excellent administrative and relationship management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills.
  • Generalist HR experience within an in-house/shared service HR environment.
  • Key experience of working with and advising line managers.
  • Proactive approach in all areas of HR.
  • First-class IT and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented and results-focused.
  • CIPD qualified or desire to qualify, with support provided upon successful completion of probation.
