**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant educational community in Hemel Hempstead for an immediate start. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting students with a range of special educational needs, ensuring they receive tailored assistance required to thrive academically and emotionally.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, adapting teaching methods to accommodate individual learning styles.
- Assist classroom teachers in implementing specialized education plans and strategies designed to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Collaborate closely with SENCOs (Special Educational Needs Coordinators) and other members of the school staff to develop and implement personalized learning goals and interventions.
- Assist with the implementation of sensory integration techniques and other therapeutic interventions as required.
