Job Overview

Operose Health is seeking a skilled Practice Nurse to join our Bank division, supporting colleagues and practices across London with continuity of care for patients during periods of absence and annual leave.

Main Responsibilities

Key duties will include:

• Assisting the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring compliance is maintained.
• Working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
• Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a UK registered nurse with significant post-registration experience, who has experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations, and a good knowledge of the quality outcomes framework.
