Counter Fraud Motor Claims Specialist

At Direct Line Group, we're a customer-obsessed market powerhouse, combining decades of industry experience with talented people in every field. We're looking for a Counter Fraud Motor Claims Specialist to join our Fraud Department.

  • You will deliver Counter Fraud benefit by identifying and investigating insurance fraud and undertaking investigations to validate or substantiate concerns.
  • Ensure all cases adhere to legislation and risk regulations.
  • Prevent and detect insurance fraud, with the ability to effectively manage potential outcomes, including cancellation, voidance, repudiation, negotiating settlement, litigation, and recovery.
  • You will use all available MI to prioritise workload and drive your own performance.

Ways of Working

Our hybrid model offers a 'best of both worlds' approach, combining the best parts of home and office working. You'll spend 2 days a week in the office, depending on your role and team.
