We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Sales Team Leader to join our team at Connells Group in Darlington. As a key member of our estate agency, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and market share.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in estate agency management, with experience in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth. A strong understanding of the property market and local area is essential, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary of £50,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission. A company car or car allowance is also offered, making this an attractive opportunity for those looking to advance their career in estate agency management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Running a profitable and well-organised office providing an effective, efficient, and professional estate agency service to customers.
  • Leading by example and delegating tasks with the aim to exceed standards of performance and targets set.
  • Optimising every opportunity to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations, sales, and mortgage introductions.
  • Motivating your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career.
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A Full UK driving licence.
