About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Operations Director to join our team at Daytime Healthcare Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve service delivery.
">Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our domiciliary care services in the local area, managing two services, and promoting awareness in the local community. They will also be responsible for recruiting and training staff, converting client enquiries, and coordinating staffing rotas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Development: Develop and implement new service initiatives that meet the needs of our clients.
- Staff Management: Manage a team of Care Professionals, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care to our clients.
- Awareness and Community Engagement: Promote awareness of our services in the local community, building relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit and train new staff members, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent care to our clients.
- Client Enquiries: Convert client enquiries into new business opportunities, working closely with the Director to develop effective sales strategies.
- Staffing Rotas: Coordinate staffing rotas to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Driving License: Valid driving license to travel between locations.
- CQC Registration: Acceptable as a Registered Manager to CQC satisfaction.
- Care Standards Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Care Standards regulations to ensure compliance.
- Administrative Systems: Ability to create and maintain administrative systems to support efficient service delivery.
- Workforce Management: Ability to recruit and supervise a workforce to achieve exceptional service delivery.
- Working Relationships: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
