**Job Title:** Women's Health Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Women's Health Specialist to join our team at Advance Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our customers in the women's health surgical market.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years' medical sales experience and be capable of running their territory autonomously with a creative and proactive approach.

  • Location: Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Humberside
  • Products: Women's Health Surgical products (Catheter sets, Uterine positioning, Colposcopes, Retractors and Gynae/Colorectal Kits)

As a Women's Health Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions to meet these needs. You will also be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing expert advice and support to customers in the women's health surgical market
• Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions to meet these needs
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Meeting sales targets and growing the business
• Collaborating with the wider team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Minimum 3-5 years' medical sales experience
• Ability to run your territory autonomously
• Creative and proactive approach
• Previous gynae or female health experience advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary Information

Estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
