Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our dynamic team at Holroyd Howe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage templates using Canva, ensuring consistency and professionalism in our marketing materials.
• Manage email inboxes, update planners, and coordinate schedules for our Sales and Operations teams.
• Process sales-related invoices, manage bid plans, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, launches, and events, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. You should have a keen eye for detail, be able to multitask, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in sales processes, bid management, and CRM systems is desirable.
