Divisional Sales Director

As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of Mortgage and Protection Advisors in East London. Your primary objective will be to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a team of Mortgage and Protection Advisors to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Financial Services Director to develop and implement strategies that drive income, ensure profitable growth, and continuous improvement within the division.
- Recruit, train, and develop a highly effective Financial Services team, embedding the core behaviours, values, and principles of the network and company.
- Prepare and deliver the Financial Services Division income and profit budget, monitoring, reporting, and forecasting operating and financial results.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Financial Services regulation and core products, including all those licensed to sell by the company.
- Monitor and evaluate Divisional key performance indicators, identifying trends and developing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
- Deliver cross-sales and referral activity, promoting initiatives to improve results and ensure all necessary systems and controls are implemented and followed.
- Communicate regularly with the Head of Sales Quality to ensure all necessary messages and standards are up to date and cascaded correctly.
- Effectively handle customer complaints, managing business exposure and maintaining open dialogue with the Financial Services Director.
- Create a universal knowledge and understanding, committing to the adoption of HR processes and best practices.
- Drive a culture of coaching, leading to a high-performance culture, and ensure best practices and successes are shared within the Financial Services Chapter.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to providing the highest quality service, continually seeking to meet customers' needs and develop oneself and others.
