Divisional Sales Director - East London

As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of Mortgage and Protection Advisors in East London. Your primary objective will be to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of Mortgage and Protection Advisors to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Financial Services Director to develop and implement strategies that drive income, ensure profitable growth, and continuous improvement within the division.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a highly effective Financial Services team, embedding the core behaviours, values, and principles of the network and company.
  • Prepare and deliver the Financial Services Division income and profit budget, monitoring, reporting, and forecasting operating and financial results.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Financial Services regulation and core products, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and evaluate Divisional key performance indicators, identifying trends and developing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Deliver cross-sales and referral activity, promoting all initiatives designed to improve results and drive business growth.
  • Ensure that all appropriate systems and controls are implemented and followed to effectively manage key risks and maintain the necessary standards.
  • Maintain open dialogue with the Financial Services Director, communicating regularly to ensure that all necessary messages and standards are up to date and cascaded correctly.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints, following the Company complaints procedure and managing business exposure.
  • Create a universal knowledge and understanding of HR processes and best practices, committing to the adoption of recruitment, training, and development initiatives.
  • Drive a culture of coaching that leads to a high-performance culture, sharing best practices and successes within the Financial Services Chapter.
  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to identifying customers' needs and providing the highest quality service, continually seeking to improve and develop oneself and others.
  • Excel under pressure, working to tight deadlines and managing challenging situations and conversations.
  • Act with honesty and integrity at all times, serving as a long-term mentor and coach.
