Negotiation and Relationship Management Lead

**Role Overview:**
Pear Recruitment is seeking a skilled Negotiation and Relationship Management Lead to join our team in Edmonton. This key role will be responsible for negotiating sales agreements, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving business growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Negotiate sales agreements with customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies
**Compensation Package:** The estimated salary range for this position is £35,100 - £42,300 per annum, plus commission (OTE £58,200 - £66,900) and a car allowance.
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9:30am-3:30pm.
