Job Summary
We're seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll work closely with our clients to provide personalized support with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication management, and household chores.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
- Support clients with medication management and administration
- Assist with household chores, such as cleaning and laundry
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is compassionate, resilient, and able to work independently. You'll need to be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of our close-knit team. No prior social care experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you're equipped to provide the best possible care.
