Job Summary

We're seeking a Care Assistant to join our team, providing support and care to individuals in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Support clients with their medication and provide general care and companionship
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care and support

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, patient, and able to work independently. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and our team, and be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
