Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safely and independently in their own homes. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring our clients receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Help clients with medication and provide emotional support
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement care plans
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, patient, and able to work independently. You'll need to be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of our close-knit team. No prior experience in social care is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support.
