Job Summary

We're seeking a Care Assistant to join our team, providing support and care to our clients in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Support clients with their medication and follow individual care plans
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care and support

Requirements
