Crisis Support Specialist

Job Overview:
Crisis Recovery Workers are sought after by Brook Street Social Care to join their team in Boston, Lincolnshire. As a key member of the crisis recovery service, you will support adults in crisis due to mental health decline.
About the Role:
This role involves working within a small team, providing therapeutic intervention and developing client-led recovery plans. You will also liaise with external agencies to promote access to various activities and resources.
Requirements:
- Mental health understanding
- At least 6 months of social care experience (preferably mental health focused)
- Flexibility for varied shifts, including sleep ins/waking nights and 24/7 support
- Excellent communication skills and creative approach
Salary and Benefits:
A competitive salary of £23,400 is offered, increasing after 6 months. Additional overtime pay includes sleep-in and waking night allowances, adding £4,000 to your salary. Other benefits include an annual leave allowance and ongoing progression reviews.
