Job Title: Service Support Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Support Practitioner to join our team at West London NHS Trust. As a key member of our Complex Emotional Needs Service, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals experiencing difficulties with emotional instability and relationships.

About the Role:

  • Provide comprehensive assessments and formulations for clients with complex emotional needs
  • Develop and implement effective interventions and signposting strategies
  • Work closely with the Mental Health Integrated Network Teams (MINT) to provide a consultative role
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of service objectives, managing specific change projects as required
  • Support the development of interfaces with multiple services and stakeholders

About You:

  • Significant experience of working with adults with mental health needs in the community
  • Desirable experience of working with complex emotional needs and undertaking DBT or MBT training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
