As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission. You will advise and influence People Managers and Senior Leaders across our product organization, building trusted relationships and delivering impact to your client groups.

You will partner across the People team, including Total Rewards, People Operations, People Tech and Data, People Success, Talent Acquisition, and the business to ensure we're setting people up for success from onboarding through their experience at Deel.

You will leverage your deep experience as an HRBP and subject matter expertise in the people domain to foster the future of work at Deel proactively and build programs to engage, retain, and develop our people throughout their careers.

You will manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct effective investigations, and coach and develop our product team leaders and managers in change management, high-performance teams, engagement, communication, and team member relations.

We offer a competitive salary between $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your level of experience, plus additional perks and benefits such as stock grants, flexible remote work, and access to WeWork locations.
