About the Role:
">- Position: Learning Support Assistant
- Location: Camberley
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, during term time
- Role Type: 1:1 support for a child with specific needs, including speech and language, behavioural challenges, or high SEN requirements.
- Contract: Ongoing, with the potential to become permanent.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide tailored 1:1 support to a primary-aged pupil, fostering their academic, social, and emotional development. You will encourage positive behaviours, build self-confidence, and promote independence in the child you support.
">The ideal candidate will have a recent graduate degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field. They will be passionate about working with children, particularly those with SEN, behavioural, or communication challenges.
">This role is ideal for anyone looking to gain hands-on experience working directly with children with additional needs. You will have the opportunity to build a foundation for a future career as an Educational or Clinical Psychologist.
