SEN Teaching Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting pupils with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide individual and small group support to pupils with SEN in a classroom setting
- To work closely with teachers and other education professionals to develop and implement effective support plans
- To maintain accurate records of pupil progress and achievements
- To communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure seamless support for pupils
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN
- Ability to motivate and inspire pupils to achieve their full potential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a close-knit team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment
