Salary and Benefits

Job Description
As a Finance Assistant at Black Fox Solutions, you will be part of our dynamic finance team, primarily focusing on accounts payable support. Your responsibilities will include Log invoices received, Review employee expense claims, Prepare the monthly payment run, Resolve AP queries, and Assist with government returns and statistical returns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess 5 GCSE's including Math's and English grade C or above, have 2+ years of experience working in accounts payable, and be proficient in using an ERP System.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key duties and responsibilities of this position include:
- Log and process incoming invoices efficiently.
- Review and verify employee expense claims for accuracy.
- Prepare and execute the monthly payment run, ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
- Resolving any Accounts Payable queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Support the preparation of government returns and statistical reports.
