Accounting Position: Accounts Payable Coordinator

We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our finance team in Portadown. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and be able to manage all aspects of accounts payable efficiently and effectively.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
1. Logging and processing invoices
2. Reviewing and checking employee expenses
3. Completing supplier statement checks
4. Preparing for the monthly payment run
5. Resolving any AP queries
6. Collaborating with the payroll department to ensure accurate payments

To be considered for this position, you should have at least 2+ years of experience working in AP and be proficient in using an ERP system. You should also have a solid understanding of accounting principles and be able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
