Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable, fostering a loyal customer base and driving repeat business.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of menu items, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Business Growth: Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer loyalty, and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Management Experience: 6-12 months of management experience in a hospitality, leisure, or retail environment.
  • Customer Focus: Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Business Acumen: Basic understanding of business operations, including financial management, inventory control, and quality assurance.
