Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audiovisual Sales Specialist to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for scoping and selling audio-visual and collaborative solutions from concept to delivery, while maintaining high technical expertise and salesmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales (60%)
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
    • Respond to customer inquiries and tenders in a timely and professional manner
    • Present proposals and solutions to customers in a compelling and effective way
    • Prospect new accounts and opportunities to drive business growth
  2. Sales Administration (20%)
    • Prepare and revise quotations and proposals using our online system
    • Develop and manage project scopes of work
    • Accurately forecast sales and revenue targets
    • Collaborate with the Project Management team to manage projects and ensure successful delivery
  3. Suppliers (10%)
    • Stay up-to-date with new products and technologies in the audiovisual industry
    • Source and develop new supplier relationships to drive business growth
    • Ensure good housekeeping and maintain a high level of quality in all aspects of the job
    • Develop and implement IMS and Quality Policy awareness and development

Essential Requirements
  1. Two years of audiovisual experience
  2. Minimum two years of external sales experience
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Self-motivated and highly professional with the ability to lead and take ownership and responsibility
  6. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and to tight deadlines
  7. A desire to learn and improve skills and knowledge
  8. Fast learner, energetic, enthusiastic
  9. Adaptable and flexible to business demands
  10. Strong organisational and planning skills
  11. Positive 'can-do' attitude
  12. Team player
  13. Effective communication and presentation skills and the ability to influence at all levels
  14. Ability to present proposals to individuals and groups in a compelling fashion
  15. Good numeracy and written skills
  16. Intermediate PC skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
