Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audiovisual Sales Specialist to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for scoping and selling audio-visual and collaborative solutions from concept to delivery, while maintaining high technical expertise and salesmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales (60%)
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
    • Respond to customer inquiries and tenders in a timely and professional manner
    • Present solutions to customers and negotiate sales agreements
    • Prospect new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
  2. Sales Administration (20%)
    • Prepare and revise quotations, using online systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
    • Develop and manage project scopes of work to meet customer requirements
    • Accurately forecast sales and manage customer expectations
    • Collaborate with the Project Management team to deliver projects on time and within budget
  3. Suppliers (10%)
    • Stay up-to-date with new products and technologies to provide expert advice to customers
    • Source new products and suppliers to meet customer needs
    • Ensure good housekeeping and maintain a clean and organized workspace
    • Develop and maintain IMS and Quality Policy awareness and development

Requirements
  1. Minimum two years of audiovisual experience
  2. Minimum two years of external sales experience
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Self-motivated and highly professional with the ability to lead and take ownership and responsibility
  6. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and to tight deadlines
  7. A desire to learn and improve skills and knowledge
  8. Fast learner, energetic, enthusiastic
  9. Adaptable and flexible to business demands
  10. Strong organizational and planning skills
  11. Positive 'can-do' attitude
  12. Team player
  13. Effective communication and presentation skills and the ability to influence at all levels
  14. Ability to present proposals to individuals and groups in a compelling fashion
  15. Good numeracy and written skills
  16. Intermediate PC skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
