Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our award-winning range of roof windows and roof lights across the South East region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with national and independent building, roofing, and timber merchants, as well as buying groups.
- Support and train branches to improve product awareness and increase commitment and sales across the territory.
- Create demand and support branches in winning business with regional house builders, local developers, and contractors.
- Ensure all business won is back-sold through the merchant network.
Requirements
- Proven field sales experience within the construction industry, preferably with a manufacturer, distributor, or merchant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
