Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our Prevention Team as a Homelessness Prevention Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals to achieve secure or sustainable accommodation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather information on clients' housing situations and record it to determine next steps to secure accommodation.
  • Establish positive and trusting relationships with customers, providing effective and reassuring responses to their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
  • Manage competing demands and priorities, ensuring that clients receive timely and effective support.
