Job Summary:

CRG is seeking a highly skilled Fire Protection Contracts Manager to oversee multiple fire stopping and passive fire protection projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in fire stopping or passive fire protection, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Manage multiple fire stopping and passive fire protection projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to scope and budget, and high-quality results.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of fire protection specialists, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high standards of work.
  3. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
  4. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies, conducting regular site inspections to maintain quality control.
  5. Contract Administration: Manage contracts from start to finish, including reviewing terms, negotiating changes, and ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.
  6. Resource Management: Effectively allocate and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  7. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present project reports, budgets, and other relevant documentation to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Proven experience in fire stopping or passive fire protection, with a strong understanding of industry standards and practices.
  2. Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively.
  3. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  4. Certifications: Relevant certifications in fire stopping or passive fire protection are highly desirable.
