Role Overview
In the capacity of Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be on discovering and cultivating new business avenues for fire safety systems. You will collaborate closely with our sales and technical teams to grasp client needs and formulate effective solutions. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Identifying and pursuing potential clients and market opportunities.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Assessing client requirements and delivering customized solutions.
- Crafting and presenting sales proposals and presentations.
- Negotiating agreements and finalizing contracts, with no cold-calling as all leads are supplied by the company.
- Offering continuous support and account management to guarantee client satisfaction.
- Staying informed about industry trends, regulations, and advancements in fire safety technology.
- Working alongside internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Candidate Profile

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the fire safety sector.
- A proven history of successfully closing sales and meeting targets.

- Self-driven with a strong enthusiasm for sales and business development.
- A valid driver's license.
