Fire Systems Business Development Opportunity

Morgan Fire Protection, a leading provider of fire detection and prevention solutions, is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Fire Systems Business Development professional.

About the Role

As a Fire Systems Business Development professional, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for fire detection and prevention systems. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to understand client requirements and develop effective solutions to meet their needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential new clients and market segments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in fire systems technology.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking candidates who offer:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development within the fire systems industry.
  • A proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • A strong network and connections in the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to understand client requirements and provide innovative solutions.
  • Self-motivation with a passion for sales and business development.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Ideal location: centrally located in England, as this role will involve UK-wide travel.

  • Basic Salary £38-42,000, subject to experience.
