The Senior Risk and Operational Control Manager is a critical position within our organization, responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of our credit proposition. This involves ensuring that our operations consistently meet regulatory requirements, deliver good customer outcomes, and adhere to expected service levels.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify and manage enterprise risks related to the delivery of our credit proposition.
- Determine and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Embed control frameworks to ensure that our credit services uphold the FCA's TCF principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our credit services are delivered in a controlled and compliant manner.

What We're Looking For- Knowledge of the regulatory environment within the UK financial services sector.
