About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Lettings Manager to join a dynamic property investment company based in Bristol. Our clients have a proven track record of success in the property market and are now looking to expand their team with a talented individual who can help drive their business forward.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, overseeing lettings valuations, and developing strategies to increase revenue and improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth and identify new opportunities to increase lettings business
  • Attend and instruct lettings valuations, ensuring compliance and efficient management
  • Oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring seamless management and compliance
  • Anticipate business needs and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Foster a positive company culture, motivating and leading from the front
  • Review, analyze, and improve processes and procedures to optimize business performance
  • Cultivate and nurture long-lasting relationships with landlords and key stakeholders
  • Report on profit and loss, forecasting, and strategic planning
  • Engage in strategic conversations with the wider management team
  • Stay informed and up-to-date on legislation and upcoming changes
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Lettings Manager or Director
  • ARLA qualified or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation skills and excellent presentation
  • Man management experience
  • Proven track record in driving business forward, managing risk, regulation, and generating new business
  • Some Property Management experience essential
  • Excellent knowledge of the lettings process and legislation
