The Role

We're seeking a Corporate Development Strategy Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Strategy Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and refining our corporate development and M&A strategy
  • Conducting target screening and building financial models for business cases
  • Leading commercial due diligence, assessing market dynamics and growth potential
  • Coordinating the M&A process, both pre-deal and post-deal integration
  • Supporting the implementation and refinement of our capital allocation framework
  • Monitoring and reporting on capital allocation decisions
  • Executing our group strategy, including translating corporate strategy into actionable quarterly objectives
  • Coaching teams on developing high-quality, aligned OKRs
  • Identifying and mapping dependencies across teams and initiatives
  • Monitoring OKR progress, identifying risks, and proposing adjustments
  • Assisting in preparing comprehensive board decks and investor materials
  • Conducting strategic analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Providing insights and recommendations based on industry data and financial performance
  • Presenting findings and updates to key senior stakeholders
