Join Our Team as a Corporate Development Associate

At Warner Bros. Discovery, we're always looking for talented individuals to help us drive growth and innovation. As a Corporate Development Associate, you'll play a key role in evaluating and executing strategic transactions that support our company's mid-to-long range strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Corporate Development colleagues and functional leadership teams to identify and assess potential corporate transactions.
  • Assist in all aspects of transaction execution, including project management, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, communications, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with strategy, commercial, legal, FP&A, accounting, tax, and other teams to evaluate potential transactions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, plans, valuations, impact analyses, and sensitivities based on various assumptions.
  • Apply creativity and judgment to produce and update financial models and plans.
