About the Role

We are seeking a driven and passionate individual to join our team as a General Manager in Training. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in the success of our Tenpin centres.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and a fun environment for both customers and team members.
  • Travel to different sites to gain relevant experience and develop your skills as a General Manager.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Assistant or Deputy Manager in the hospitality or leisure industry.
  • Full of determination, enthusiasm, and patience.
  • Fully flexible and highly adaptable to change.
  • Ability to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
