Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our therapy team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions, providing clinical leadership, supervision, and consultation to junior staff.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Clinical Expertise: Provide clinical leadership and expertise to junior staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality occupational therapy services.
- Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective interventions to promote health and independence in individuals with complex neurological conditions.
- Supervision and Consultation: Provide supervision and consultation to junior staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
- Clinical Governance: Ensure compliance with clinical governance policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of practice and patient care.
- Qualifications: Occupational Therapy profession qualification and UK HCPC Registration.
- Experience: Extensive and relevant post-qualification clinical experience with children and young people who have complex needs.
- Skills: Highly effective clinical reasoning skills, highly specialist knowledge of relevant assessment and treatment models, and knowledge of how to work with neurodiverse individuals.
- Competitive Salary: Up to £46,000 per annum.
