Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at The Deans Neurological Centre. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in promoting health and independence for individuals with complex neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of occupational therapists to deliver high-quality therapy services.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of individuals with complex neurological conditions.
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior staff members.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure best practice.
- Occupational Therapy qualification and UK HCPC registration.
- Extensive experience in occupational therapy, particularly in working with individuals with complex neurological conditions.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality care.
