Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at the Dean Neurological Centre. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to individuals with complex neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of occupational therapists to deliver specialist services to individuals with complex needs.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to maximize functional ability and quality of life.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Conduct assessments and provide treatment to individuals with complex neurological conditions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including families, carers, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Occupational Therapy qualification and UK HCPC registration.
  • Extensive experience in working with individuals with complex neurological conditions.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
