About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our friendly Human Resources team in Letchworth Garden City. This is a full-time, hybrid, and permanent position that offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records in our HR and Payroll system (XCD, hosted by Salesforce)
  • Prepare contracts for new starters and organize onboarding/off-boarding
  • Manage the HR inbox, handle general HR queries, and support with ad-hoc tasks or projects
  • Work closely with the Recruitment Coordinator, providing ad-hoc cover when required

Requirements

We are looking for someone with experience working in a busy HR environment and who is comfortable using HR systems to manage data and generate reports. You will need to be detail-focused, a great communicator, and able to prioritize your workload effectively.
