Job Description: Neurosurgery Clinical Trials Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Neurosurgery Clinical Trials Manager to lead our clinical trials program. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the coordination and facilitation of clinical trials, working closely with consultants and hospital research facilities across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to groundbreaking research and delivering outstanding care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the coordination and facilitation of clinical trials, ensuring seamless trial execution
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with consultants, researchers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with ICH Good Clinical Practice, EU Clinical Trials legislation, and the NHS research governance framework

Requirements:
- Relevant clinical experience at Band 5 or above
- Experience of leading and managing clinical trials programs
- Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and develop junior staff
