We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Clinical Trials to join our team at Incendia Therapeutics. As a key member of our clinical development program, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of clinical studies in compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and company policies. This role requires a strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and CRO management.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex trials and projects, with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing relationships with CROs, ensuring high-quality performance and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
