Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Trials Manager to join our Clinical Operations team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring operational trial deliverables meet timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Contract Research Organizations (CROs) to ensure operational trial deliverables are met.
  • Assist in authoring protocol and related documents, development of study tools, guidelines, and training materials.
  • Oversee vendors, manage clinical study material, and implement risk management plans.
  • Lead internal Operations team meetings and co-lead Clinical Trial Team (CTT) meetings with the CRO.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with cross-functional clinical trials and operational aspects of clinical trial activities.
  • Clinical Research Associate experience, knowledge of GCP, and understanding of the overall drug development process.
  • Basic knowledge of oncology and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
